Our platform is designed to support consultant psychiatrists through a professionally managed clinical environment, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care while our team manages referrals, administration, and operational coordination.

We collaborate closely with referring general practitioners and healthcare providers to ensure timely access to specialist psychiatric services.

Clinical Scope:

Our service receives referrals for a broad spectrum of psychiatric presentations, including but not limited to:

-Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments
-ADHD assessments and management
-Mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorder)
-Anxiety disorders
-Eating disorders
-Trauma-related disorders
-Complex psychiatric presentations

We recognize that consultant psychiatrists often develop particular clinical and subspecialty interests during their professional careers. Psychiatrists Australia welcomes collaboration with clinicians across all areas of psychiatric subspecialty practice, and we are pleased to accommodate individual areas of expertise within our referral pathways.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

-Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP)
-Current specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
-Professional indemnity insurance
-Interest in telehealth practice (experience desirable but not essential)
