Gordon Private Hospital is a 57-bed teaching hospital affiliated with UNSW.
Located on Sydney's upper north shore, our boutique-style setting provides a sanctuary to access compassionate experts who facilitate each patient's recovery. We work with each patient as an individual, addressing each of his or her unique needs through a multidisciplinary treatment approach combined with leading research to ensure the best care available.
In addition to adult inpatient services, we also have a dedicated Young Adult Unit as well as structured Day Programs and rTMS treatment.
We are seeking expressions of interest from consultant psychiatrists who wish to apply for admitting privileges. Consulting rooms are available, supporting high-quality and patient-centred care.
Our VMO’s are supported by a full-time CMO, allied health team including clinical psychologists, social workers, experienced mental health nurses, art therapists and nutritionists.
The hospital is conveniently located near major public hospitals including Hornsby & Royal North Shore Hospitals and our referral base is state-wide.
Through our affiliation with the School of Psychiatry at UNSW, there are opportunities for conjoint appointments, teaching, and research.
Secure parking is available onsite with train and bus transport within walking distance.
