Toga Health is opening its first outpatient mental health clinic in Bondi Junction. We are inviting a small founding group of psychiatrists to help shape something genuinely different.

This is private psychiatry, designed for collaboration, time for careful assessment, continuity of care and the ability to practice with judgement, discretion and professional autonomy.

About the role

You will practice as an independent consultant psychiatrist within a purpose-built outpatient clinic, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including psychologists, GP with Special Interest in Mental Health, and a clinically trained Care Navigator. This clinic is structured to support thoughtful clinical work – with strong administrative support, coordinated care pathways, intentional MDT and supervision frameworks, and IT infrastructure designed to reduce unnecessary cognitive and administrative load.

This is an outpatient-only role (no admitting unless you choose to maintain inpatient work elsewhere). This role suits psychiatrists who want to practice at the top of their scope in a sustainable, collegial environment.
