Position Title:  Clinical Director (Psychiatrist) (Bundaberg)

Location:  Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services, Bundaberg Hospital

Remuneration:

We are offering a competitive remuneration package value up to $588,785 p.a., including salary between $216,643 - $274,678 p.a., generous employer superannuation (up to 12.75%), salary sacrifice perks, and flexible rostering for optimal work/life balance.

Your opportunity:

• The Clinical Director – Mental Health provides strategic medical and clinical leadership within Mental Health and Specialised Services at Bundaberg Hospital.
• The role holds overarching responsibility for the delivery of specialist mental health services within the designated area, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of an effective, consultant-led model of care operating seven days per week.
• The position delivers high-level clinical services within a defined component of the Mental Health Service, in alignment with the broader Clinical Director accountabilities and organisational objectives.
